By accessing and using Calendaro (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

Calendaro provides informational calendars and data (e.g., public holidays, long weekends, Orthodox calendar, school calendar, sunrise/sunset, daylight saving time, moon phases, fishing solunar) for informational use. The Site does not provide legal, tax, medical or other professional advice.

2. Accuracy, updates and limitations

  • We make reasonable efforts to keep information correct and up to date, however errors or delays may occur (e.g., legal changes, source updates, import issues).
  • Information may be incomplete, may change without notice, and is not guaranteed to be current or error-free.
  • Before making important decisions (e.g., leave planning, deadlines, school schedule), verify official sources and/or competent institutions.

3. Solunar, moon phases and fishing

  • Solunar scores are informational estimates generated automatically from calendar and astronomical models. They do not guarantee catches, results or real-life conditions.
  • Results can be affected by factors outside our control (weather, pressure, water level, temperature, currents, exact location, local regulations, gear, experience).
  • Using this information for planning (travel, expenses, purchases) is at your own risk.

4. Long-weekend suggestions

Long-weekend suggestions are generated automatically from calendar rules (public holidays, weekends and bridge days). They are informational and may require vacation days or internal approvals.

5. Sunrise/sunset and locations

  • Sunrise and sunset times are computed astronomically and may differ slightly from third-party apps/services (methodology, refraction, altitude, coordinates).
  • For cities/localities, coordinates may be approximate. If a page indicates missing data, it may be marked as non-indexable and is not intended for operational use.

6. Exports (PDF/ICS) and use

Exported files (PDF/ICS) are provided "as is". Compatibility and final behavior depend on your device and app settings.

7. Ads, external links and analytics

The Site may display ads and may use cookies/similar technologies for analytics and service improvement. The Site may include third-party links (including affiliate links). We do not control third-party content or policies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calendaro and its operators are not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from using the Site or the provided information (including decisions made based on it). You use the Site at your own risk.

9. Contact form

Data sent via the form (name, email, message) is used only to respond to your request. We do not guarantee response time and may refuse abusive or unreasonable requests.

10. Intellectual property

The Site content and design (texts, structures, interface) are protected by applicable law. You may share page links, but may not systematically copy/redistribute content without permission.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
